4. Exchanges are only permitted for faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the clothing remains in an unwashed, unworn condition, with tags intact. Exchanges for change of mind, including colour or size changes are not permitted.
5. During checkout, please inform customers that if they later want to request an exchange or refund for items that renders them ineligible for the HOSHI gift with purchase (GWP), they must return the GWP in good condition along with the items being returned.
