Customers may draw only once per day. The person drawing must be the one making the purchase, and the transaction must be under their name. This sale cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions including giveaways (except for HOSHI giveaways) Refunds are not permitted for any items including discount items except for extraordinary cases. Please ask customers to thoroughly examine the items before making a purchase. Exchanges are only permitted for faulty items and must be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the clothing remains in an unwashed, unworn condition, with tags intact. Exchanges for change of mind, including colour or size changes are not permitted. During checkout, please inform customers that if they request an exchange or refund later: For Free Accessories (GWP): The accessory must be returned unopened and in its original condition. For discounts: The refund will be based on the discounted amount, and the discount cannot be used again. During checkout, please inform customers that if they later want to request an exchange or refund for items that render them ineligible for the HOSHI gift with purchase (GWP) or the accessory GWP, they must return the GWP in good condition along with the items being returned.
